- 10+ years of industry experience in strategizing, delivering, and executing projects on Mobile Apps Platfom development, testing, automation, and tool development across multiple domains and technologies, including Android, AWS, Java, Groovy, Angular JS, UX, UI

- A Scrum and Kanban preacher and working as team facilitator,,Mentor,,Motivator, and Agile / DevOps Coach.

- Managing deliverable of multiple technology & verticals preferably Mobile apps based.

- Handling all forms of the projects life-cycle, right from the PRD related discussion to formal kick-off,development and testing phases to releases and post-release activities.

- Mentoring coaching team on agile scrum methodology

- Handling all effective agile ceremonies and focus on software craftmanship pratices like

- Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Continuous Integration with Jenkins, Effective Agile Ceremonies with these practices, Clean Code

- Refactoring, Testing Strategy, Pair Programming.

- DevOps practices like continuous integration using Jenkins, SALT configuration mgmt tool, Dockerization of services.

- Leading & mentoring a team of engineers on developing Test Suites for Customer facing interfaces which include portfolio of mobile, Cloud, Java based technologies like AWS, full stack development, Groovy

- Developed a testSuite for UI testing using apt technology.

- Playing the role of a ScrumMaster for the team.
