Program Manager - Media & Entertainment Industry

We have an excellent opportunity for Program Manager.

Following are the details:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Servicing clients for new / ongoing projects by ensuring all deliverables are done and on time.

2. Tracking in scope deliverables

3. Managing out of scope requests and turning them to upsell opportunities

4. SLA measurement and tracking

5. Measurement of productivity and utilization metrics for resources used in the project

6. Tracking Revenue - projections vs actuals

7. Identification of project risks, contingencies, tracking and take mitigation actions.

8. Tracking of issues reported and ensuring closure

9. Timely reporting to various stake holders and establishing project governance

Special Requirements, if any :

1. Should have experience in managing multi-team, multi-site based mid size projects

2. Should have good project management skills

3. Should have good communication skills

4. Should have been involved in a client interfacing role with track record of building excellent relationship with clients.

5. Understanding of Media & Entertainment industry, technology and workflows will be an added advantage
