- Being responsible for the Leadership Development and Competency development journeys for High Potentials
- Partnering with International and National Academic Institutes for Leadership Programmes
- Design and implementation of Leadership Journey Programmes in virtual, blended as well as classroom environments
- Designing Short- and Long-Term Competency learning journeys based on outcomes of the Development Centre
- Implementing Adult learning principles and Instructional design methods to conduct workshops as an Internal facilitator
- Building relations with Industry consultants, trainers and academic partners to keep abreast of latest trends in the Learning space
- Developing Coaching interventions for personal break throughs
- Overseeing the Management Development programmes
- Measuring Training effectiveness and Training evaluations
- Branding of L&D practices through external award applications
