- Experience in Cafe specific strategic programs/Store operations, Process Design, Team Management, Training & Development

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in QSR project management/Ops leadership roles

About the client :

Our client is a fast-growing startup that delivers groceries in 10 minutes flat through an optimized network of dark stores that they're building across the country! They're scaling up throughout Mumbai quickly and, in the next 6 months, They'll be launching in Bangalore, Delhi, Pune and Hyderabad. Job Responsibilities :

Drive the launch of 200 plus Zepto caf's across multiple cities in India :

- Have close collaboration with business along with Projects and procurement leads.

- Ensuring on time and ready to operate Zepto cafes for the Ops.

- Leadership to take over and commence production and sales.

Additionally :

Drive High performance & customer focused culture :

- Work with leadership to curate, set process and scale the Zepto Cafe arm of the business. Build process logic, process notes, field operating play book and SOPs.

- Run Sprints on specific efficiency and process related projects while coordinating with multiple teams.

- Being obsessed by metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly, to drive improvements.

- Lead KPIs related to speed, reliability, customer experience, cost as per business alignment.

- Be Structured and agile : Development and implementation of SOPs with a customer first approach. Build a culture of continuous improvement through lean practices, Gemba Kaizen and other productivity improvement tools.

- Lead Innovations with speed : Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality. Run experiments that will challenge our assumptions and make Zepto better. You will have the tools to do things that have never been done before and also the freedom to fail fast.

- Build Versatile and transparent culture : Hire talent with complementary skills, over communicate with ground teams and be always approachable. Work cross functionally with peers who will empower you to do your best work

- Work with the owner's mindset : Wear the Zepto badge with pride. We are looking for owners - not employees. You will represent what we stand for and serve as culture carriers

- Manage Metrics : Driving program across India to improve metrics by filling supply, training Zepster for quality and actionables, improving support challenges etc.

- Coordination with City Team : To get the rigor on ground need to connect with the city team every day and govern.
