I have opening in a leading telecom company as Program Manager (Mgr / Sr. Mgr Level) based at Mumbai.

Job Description

- Design Evaluation / Specification Development

- Understand feedback from Product on the basic ID / Feature sets for the product intended to be launched.

- Develop / Freeze technical compliance sheet and ensure sign off with all the key stake holders. Co-ordination & Planning - Technical Testing and Evaluation

- Single point of contact for interface with Branding / Communication / VAS & Testing Teams.

- Develop and approve technical specifications / generic requirements in coordination with OEM & Sales / Testing Teams

- Follow up with OEMs for UAT samples, interface with CTT to ensure adherence to internal UAT / CDG norms and any other international testing standards that are relevant.

- Interface with VAS team in BREW application / UI / SMS & Application development.

- Project manage and strictly monitor / implement test schedules to ensure timely launch of products.

- Analyse product performance, identify and resolve key issues ahead of launch in coordination with other stake holders like I care. Product Launch initiatives

- PR / PO approvals / placements and follow up and execution for LC / Shipment deliveries.

- Identify recent / cost effective packaging designs, interface with approving authorities to ensure the packaging adheres to international quality standards / Weights and Measures regulations.

- Identify and approve packing contents including accessories / CD / manual etc.

- Ensure MRP on the label in coordination with Sales / DIESL and Finance Teams. Support Post Launch implementation initiatives

- Ensure testing / feedback and approval on production lot samples to ensure strict quality measures have been undertaken in production.

- Implement customer care related requirements and infrastructure are adequately ensured.

- In case of any issues identified during product launch - identify, analyse root cause and implement necessary corrective action within specified time frame.

- Continue monitoring of product performance in the field and report any reliability issues that may arise.
