Program Manager - IT Applications Sales - BFSI Domain

Key Skills Required:

- Experience in BFSI domain with total 8 to 10 years experience out of which at least 3-5 years in middle management role.

- Should have lead and implemented projects in the digital space with at least 2-3 large scale enterprise digital projects.

Other Skill:

- Digital sales implementation experience will be an added advantage

- Worked on mobile platforms, Java, J2EE, and databases like SQL server, Oracle DB

- Familiarity with front end development and a good understanding of modern programming languages like PHP, Java, HTML5 and C#, as well as the likes of Adobe Flash Lite, Python and Objective C

- Knowledge on infrastructure like Servers, Storage and understands web servers like websphere, tomcat etc.

Assumes overall responsibility and ownership of all assigned Systems for Sales - managing the execution of various projects on an ongoing basis.

Responsible towards exercising budgetary control over no. of projects/hours spent under each System.

Responsible for Commercial Management, Vendor Management, Market Evaluation of new solutions, Solution and design management, Project management, Management of Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives.

Program and Project management and execution.

Manage Stakeholder expectations and relationship.

Contract Management.

Solution, Design and Architecture Review.
