Program Manager - IT

Essential Requirements :

- 8+ years IT Program Management or engineering & development experience preferably with external customer facing data, BI, analytics & data lake projects.

- Hands on with agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles including QA experience

- Seasoned knowledge / experience in managing Transformational Projects & Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritizing and organizing work, and meeting deadlines

- Strong and demonstrable external client facing skills specifically in the areas of communication, issue and escalation management.

- Ability to build relationships across the enterprise, and understand at a high level what initiatives are moving forward in other IT areas.

- Ability to identify leverage opportunities and communicate them to the project teams and/or business partners.

- Technically solid with deep understanding of IT, application development / system design.

- Ability to direct/lead others, and work in a globally, matrixed team environment

- Logical thinker and creative problem solver who can overcome organizational obstacles, competing interests and program constraints

- Strong understanding of the links and dependencies between the projects and other in-flight projects and/or business initiatives.

- Strong leadership, business judgment, risk management and decision-making skills

- Professional Certifications: CSM, PMP or PRINCE, ACP, MCSE, Six Sigma Green Belt.

- Technical experience: Team Foundation Server (TFS)

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred

Desirable Requirements :

- Experience with Microsoft TFS, and Business Driven Development preferred.
