Program Manager - IT

Responsibilities:

Engagement Management :

- Integration and alignment with Project management/ analyst roles by the delivery teams, vision and strategy.

- Collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure that set objectives are met.

- Regular reporting of progress, issues, risks, and working with the relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
 
Delivery Management :

- Support Onsite Managers in Workload forecasting & planning, Process standardization

- Productivity Enhancement, Governance & control using existing service delivery processes

- Leverage cross functional synergies, Backup and succession planning across teams

- Identifying improvement opportunities and executing the same

- Work proactively with delivery teams to identify opportunities for the project coordinator/ analyst

- Participate in organization level initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

Project Management :

- Define and manage project scope and risks. Investigate and make recommendations on issues that challenge scope boundaries.

- Create project status reports highlighting critical issues for management and the overall status of the project.

- Manage client relations to ensure that project delivery expectations are specified and met

- Engage project stakeholders and communicate project updates to ensure buy in and project success.

- Plan and implement change management work as project deliverables, including activities such as training, communication, and documentation.

- Ensure project deliverables meets the project sponsor's specified expectations.

Technical Tool Set Knowledge :

Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning &big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop etc).

Requirements :

- Minimum 8+years of overall experience with hands-on experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Global stakeholders management & engagement management.

- Strong Technical Background,

- Should be able to drive stakeholder on delivering as per the project/program guidelines

- Manage Relationships with internal and external Stakeholders

- Good Anticipation skills.

- PMP certified (Preferable).
