Program Manager

This position is working for an innovative enterprise data team. This team requires an experienced Program Manager who has worked and successfully delivered on data platforms, analytic type projects.

What the role is about -

- Build and manage the end-to-end project plans, and monitor/report progress. Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered in time, cost and quality.

- Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered. Be responsible for benefits realization, and ensure that benefits are delivered in the best way possible.

- Support strong governance, aligned with the overall governance, and ensure that timely decisions are taken.

- Communicate regularly and effectively with project stakeholders.

This role is focused on supporting the team to successfully implement and embed an innovative new agile delivery methodology within data and analytics function, in collaboration with the broader business.

Required experience -

- Experience in management of data and analytics projects.

- Experience in working on projects that have involved the introduction of new ways of working / processes / methodologies into a business

- Highly proficient in Project Management principles, methods, techniques and tools.

- Highly numerate, with strong financial basics.

- Familiar with JIRA ticketing system.

- Strong supplier and people management skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication.

- Ability to work in cross functional assignments spanning multiple business units.

Qualification:

- B.S with Minimum 6+ years or M.S or MBA with 5 years of experience in program management in a multinational company.

- Ability to probe data in database

- Familiar with development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall model.
