Program Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
- Plan, develop, and execute project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring clear understanding among stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and establish responsibilities to ensure efficient project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration and promote effective communication between internal teams (and external vendors/partners if required).
- Work closely with the Product, Technology, Growth, Marketing, and Risk teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff, status updates, and post-mortem sessions, ensuring effective information exchange.
3. Project Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation of key decisions.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, key issues, and recommendations for course correction.
- Conduct project reviews to evaluate project effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all the stakeholders across the functions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a fintech startup, with a solid understanding of lending processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
