In this role, you have the opportunity to :-

- Driving 0-1 growth on our Wealth tech

- Co-create 0-1, 1-100 strategy for driving investments business

- Manage relationships with NBFC partners & Technical Service Providers (TSPs)

- Lead execution to drive business initiatives and growth.

- Analyze & ideate on business health & future growth; closely working with data science teams

- Drive high consumer satisfaction

- Work with external stakeholders

- Identify & onboard partners for future growth

- Work with current partners in building SOPs, troubleshooting, recon etc

- Internal stakeholders management - drive positive outcomes for business fulfilment

- Product and tech to optimise for Time to Market for new business avenues

- Scale business, execute campaigns by collaborating with Growth & Marketing teams

- Drive business outcomes with CX teams' collaboration

Responsibilities will include :-

Managing and overseeing our partnerships with NBFC/Wealth-tech partners, driving strategic business objectives for the Investments platform, and supporting operational excellence.

1. Functional Expertise

- Drive the early-stage development of a new product, lead the growth journey in wealth tech.

- Develop and execute strategies to accelerate the investments business.

- Oversee and manage partnerships with NBFCs and TSPs, ensuring smooth operations and integration.

- Lead data-driven decision-making by analysing business health and collaborating with data science teams.

- Ensure optimization & enhancements on the business KPIs by working closely with product and tech teams.

2.Problem Solving

- Collaborate with partners & internal stakeholders to develop processes, troubleshoot issues, and manage reconciliation processes.

- Develop strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing business pain points.

- Oversee customer and regulatory escalations, collaborating closely with support teams to ensure timely resolution within the specified TATs.

- Tackle challenges related to business growth and scalability through data insights and innovative ideas.

3. Interaction

- Build and maintain key relationships with NBFC partners, TSPs, and other external stakeholders to drive business growth.

- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, tech, growth, marketing, and customer experience teams, to drive business initiatives and ensure smooth execution.

- Project management for onboarding new partners and manage ongoing partnerships.

- Lead cross-team efforts to execute campaigns and achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

- Graduation / PG from Tier 1 College only

- 5-7 years of experience
