Program Manager - Internet/Online

Candidate Profile: We are looking for Program Managers who can join our world-class Engineering team and help us achieve the goal of quickly shipping high quality software.

- Specific must-have skills for this role :

- Managed several IT projects, and tracked delivery against a product roadmap for web & mobile applications.

- Good understanding of Agile methodology.

- Good command of project management tools and techniques.

- Expert in managing time, scope, resources, phases, risks and quality of programs and sub-projects.

- Expert in stakeholder management, documentation and reporting against project charter, goals, and schedule baseline variances.

- Track program/project closure, benefit realization, and leftover tasks.

- Strategize, coordinate and communicate about dependencies and risks.

- Cares about software getting shipped frequently.

- Deeply values software quality.

- Takes pride in adding value to organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor / Master's degree in CS/ME/IT/related technology

- 5+ years of experience in technology project management experience

Required Skills:

- Should have very good analytical and problem solving skills for managing multiple concurrent project issues

- Very good written & oral communication skills

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation skills.

- Flexible, nimble and motivated about working in a fast-paced place.
