Role Expectations:
- Facilitate program communications, identify, and implement continuous improvement practices, and provide regular status reports as required.
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of total experience as Program Management/Sales planning/Project management/ Sales effectiveness
- Assist/anchor expansion planning and implementing sales effectiveness
- Managing budget and reporting deviations from the plan
- Reporting and presenting program performance to executive team
- Drive the key metrics of business including revenue and productivity
- Identifying opportunities to expand the business footprint in different geographies
- Market intelligence and feedback to drive the strategy to achieve business objectives

- Exposure to lending E-commerce metrics
- Exceptional number crunching and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business acumen and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- BE/Graduate from reputed Institute/University along with MBA
