Program Manager - Insurance

- Position reports to Sr Vice President

- Will manage the following stakeholders - Sales Heads of BroCA, GCL, Rural & DSF, Sr. Management, Cross Functional Teams

- To assist in day to day coordination with the cross functional team as well as sales team heads for strategic planning

- To manage the key actionable's of the meetings, coordinate with teams towards closure of action items

- Organize meetings with stakeholders, prepare minutes, manage calendar

- Management and oversight of business projects [collating updates from team in timely manner]

- Give strategic inputs for betterment of channel

- Expertise in the usage of MS Office

- High levels of flexibility, adaptability to manage long hours, working under strict timelines to reach deadlines
