As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that participants have a fulfilling and successful learning experience by providing guidance, support, motivation, and assistance until they achieve their desired learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take complete ownership of participants' learning journey to ensure that learning outcomes are met and learners have an experience with high satisfaction levels.
- Act as the primary contact for learners, troubleshooting their queries, managing discussions, and providing timely assistance to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively.
- Assume complete ownership of all Program Office responsibilities, including collecting fee payments within deadlines, scheduling and delivery activities such as online sessions, timely development and release of content for the program, etc.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders such as senior managers, mentors, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations.
- Consistently and thoroughly monitor learners' performance and engagement using program trackers to provide personalized support and ensure a good learning experience. Build meaningful relationships with learners to understand their needs and motivate them towards achieving their goals.
- Manage, identify, and implement processes that enhance program management, ensuring a consistent and trouble-free learning experience for all learners. Continuously work towards improving efficiency and effectiveness in program operations.
- Effectively collect and communicate the feedback from the learners and mentors and work towards continuous improvements in the learner's experience.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience : Prior experience in program management, preferably in an educational or learning environment, where you have successfully managed end-to- end learning journeys for participants.
- Excellent communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with participants, stakeholders, and team members. Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Relationship building : Exceptional interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with participants, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate support.
- Problem-solving : Ability to troubleshoot queries, identify issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure participant satisfaction and learning outcomes.
- Organizational skills : Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality program delivery.
- Flexibility and adaptability : Willingness to adapt to changing program requirements, work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Educational background : A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
