Responsibilities Include :
- Gathering and analysing data across Merchant Ops function to establish standards for operations
- Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organising, and executing complex projects across multiple departments and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
- Innovate to improve merchant experience
- Design new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of the business
- High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
- Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
Preferred Qualifications :
- MBA and work experience in technical field is highly desired
- Prior experience or use of Lean/Six Sigma
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic or other programming languages are a plus
