Program Manager- HR Role and Responsibilities: - Identify, own and execute strategic projects in alignment to company's goals and vision. - Improve, execute and effectively communicate significant analysis that identify meaningful trends. - Identify new HR models, analysing model, design & pilot programs. - Provide strong analytics to support the strategic decision. - Analyze trends, understand problems and build-up processes and systems to improve efficiency and bring in better controls within the team. - Develop presentation decks for potential partners and sign off on internal communication. - Manage cross functional coordination between various departments within the organization to drive initiatives and solve day to day challenges. - Conduct regular training and apply learnings. - Stay abreast of current HR industry trends and adopt best strategy and best practices. - Ensure seamless communication about the project to internal and external stakeholders.
