- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. This includes handling documentation related to hiring, promotions, terminations, and other personnel changes.

- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all necessary paperwork, training, and orientation activities are completed.

- Manage Exit and F&F process too.

- Handle employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. They may help employees enroll in these programs, answer benefit-related questions, and process claims or changes.

- Payroll management, where they ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.

- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure that HR practices are in compliance. They may also assist with audits and reporting to government agencies.

- Involved working with HR software and systems to streamline processes and maintain employee records. Help implement new software or make improvements to existing systems.

- Generate reports on HR-related data such as employee turnover, time and attendance, and diversity metrics. These reports can inform strategic decisions and help HR departments identify areas for improvement.
