About the Client:

The consulting division of a large multi-business group. The group has a strong brand presence nationally, and has set up offices in Asia, besides exporting globally. The consulting division designs and deploys high end people solutions (not HR Operations) for the group's internal businesses and external clients. The division has done seminal work in the area of organizational and community transformation, potential assessment and high end coaching.

It now seeks to go beyond the brand of the founder and create a platform where exceptional professionals can gather and work on high end, niche people solutions. (Learning Solution Design, Transformation, Coaching, Leadership assessment and development, Proprietary Content and Tool creation).

Job Description:

As the Program Manager - HR Consulting the incumbent will be responsible for leading and delivering HR interventions for clients and build long term relationships with clients through a participative and partnership consulting approach.

Specific expectations include:

- Lead engagement for clients

- Diagnosing People issues from Business imperatives and proposing credible Solutions

- Mine existing & past clients, build robust relationships, and acquire new ones

- Lead / be part of delivery for existing/new assignments

- Be able to contribute to tool, content development

Desired Candidate Profile:

Post Graduate in HR / Management with 5 to 10 years experience in strategic HR or HR & OD consulting

- Should have led delivery for medium to large projects in OD / Assessment Centres / Transformation

- Cross-cultural, international and cross-functional project experience a definite plus

- Strong relationship & networking skills

- Additional degrees / certifications in HR/ OD/OB/training shall be an added advantage

- The role will involve travel as necessary
