Key Responsibilities in this role would include the below :
1. Owning the delivery of key Service quality and Service Revenue KPIs - Service TAT, NPS, Service Revenue, Conversion rates
2. Driving Analytics and Dive deep - cohort analysis, conversion drivers, and key input metrics of service and revenue
3. Building the right reporting and dive deep dashboards working with the BI team
4. Working with field teams on driving implementation of key identified initiatives to improve KPIs, and presenting the right data insights to drive actions on ground.
5. Regular monitoring of key outliers, defects and leakage points in the system and fixing these gaps working with relevant teams
What you need to succeed in the role :
1. 7-10 years of relevant experience in Program management, Operations, Project management and Category management domains from Tier-1 MBA colleges (IIMs, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS etc)
2. High degree of Ownership and Bias for Action
3. Excelled problem solving skills with the ability to take data based decisions
4. Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver shared objectives
5. Familiarity of deep diving data via tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc.
