Experience of handling B2B sales (selling to corporates) and delivery of fast-moving electric products (like industrial UPS, Printers, Consumer durables, switches and IT Peripherals.

Experience of working with International geographies / regions as part of an organization

Should have handled Sales / Business Development team of atleat 4-5 people for a minimum of 3 years

Experience of appointing and developing channel partners

Overall experience of 13-14 years

Gender: Preferably Male, as this project will entail working across geographies and therefore multiple time-zones

Based out of NCR / Mumbai / Any other city in India

Excellent communication skills

Availability of passport.

Role and Responsibilities:

Program Manager to handle a team of 8-10 trainers / coaches for improving Channel sales performance of a global electric company.

Responsibilities:

- Setting up and managing a team of 8-10 sales trainers / coaches pan India

- Monitoring sales performance of the channel and improving it through targeted actions

- Training Need Identification for channel sales team (globally)

- Training Planning for channel sales team

- Trainer / coach onboarding for own team

- Ensuring adherence to coaching schedule and coaching effectiveness

- Setting up system for data capture (sales performance)

- Sharing regular dashboard with client

- Conducting meetings with the team

- Conducting review meetings with client on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

- Managing project risks

- Upskilling of own team to perform better

- Being a backup trainer / coach

- Timely invoicing to client and collections

- RnR for own team
