Program Manager - Enterprise Systems - retail

Our client is a Leading Player running and operating some of the biggest Retail chains in India.

Designation : Program Manager-Enterprise Systems

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 7-10 Yrs of Relevant Experience.

Qualification : MBA/ PG from a Reputed Institute (Preferable)

CTC : Best in Breed

Requirement :

- Knowledge of the spectrum of possible IT interventions and experience of delivering improved business results mainly in SAP IS Retail and other retail systems.

- Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how IT can best contribute to its success

- Experience of coaching and consulting at a senior level, underpinned by a collaborative and supportive style of working.

- Proven, project/Program management skills and experience

Responsibilities:

- The Program Manager-Enterprise systems will be the key and strategic interface between IT and the Business.

- The primary responsibility is to understand the key business drivers, provide proactive support and add IT value in the alignment and delivery of the business strategy, objectives through integrated solutions on Enterprise systems (Mainly SAP IS Retail) and integration with other systems like JDA, WMS systems, Point of Sale) at the Corporate level.

- Work in partnership with business to drive key change programs to improve system process to make them simpler, cheaper and better.

- Bring in best practices from industry and help analyzing the same for business to implement and benefit further

- Take responsibility for implementation programs or system upgrade initiatives and ensure they are delivered within schedule, cost and quality

- Collaborate with IT and the business, utilizing business intelligence and analysis to integrate technology differentiators into the business and Program planning cycle.

- Work proactively and in partnership with IT strategic partners to ensure that operational support is focused to achieve business as usual efficiency
