Job Brief & Responsibilities:
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Preparation of reports, and dashboards on a day-to-day basis to bring more visibility to the business.
- Cross-functional coordination between various departments within the organization to drive initiatives and solve day-to-day challenges.
- Understanding problems, and issues and building up processes and systems to bring better controls within a growing organization
- Owning up tasks assigned from the founder's office and taking them to logical conclusions

Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience of 2-3 years
- Strong business acumen in program management
