Program Manager - EduTech

What You Will Do :

1. Convert Strategy into OKRs and OKRs into initiatives.

2.Help cross teams

a. Build and align on Scope

b. Align teams on committing to priorities

c. Track committed initiatives and course correct

3. Build, execute and track OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

4. Use data-driven decision-making tools for execution of your program

5. Ensure successful execution of programs at ground level through building the required process, aligning stakeholders across teams, and driving capacity building, budgeting & process management

6. Provide visibility into status, health & capacity to senior leadership across multiple programs in the organisation.

7. Collaborate with fellow Program Managers to build best practices.

8. Identify and predict blockers, conflicts, and risks and seek solutions to eliminate them.

9. Develop strong empathy with stakeholders to understand their business goals and build priorities.

What we need :

1. Facilitation, Facilitation and Facilitation

2. Practical understanding of agile methodology and scrum framework and OKRs.

3. Good communication skills both verbal and written with an confidence in communicating at all levels of the organisation

5. Strong self motivation, ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong follow up and organisational and prioritisation skills

6. Experience working with remote teams

7. You understand the business goals of the products your team builds and can articulate the mission and goals of the scrum teams
