Job Description:

Role: Program Manager

Location: Kota (Head office) and Delhi (Regional office). We have opening for both locations.

You directly get to work with young Business Heads (alumni from top B-schools) and work experience with global brands, and be a part of a stellar team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a program right from inception till execution, drive its growth and P&L (if applicable)

- Ensure that the program - which could be in any domain within the company, for eg: Finance, Sales, Operations and etc. is well managed and executed.

- Drive results or planned outcome from that program and scale it as per cos vision or requirement

- Will be involved in all aspects of program management right from strategy, execution, P&L management, scaling, driving it to completion.

- Must have project management experience in multiple domains- Finance, Sales, Operations, Process management, and etc.

Preferred Skill set:

- Engineer + MBA with 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in Project/ Program Management from Tier 1 Institute

- Ability to Multitask

- Multiple stakeholder management

- Intermediate in Excel skills program management

- Must be agile & pro-active

- Analytical & problem-solving skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to drive projects to completion right from inception to execution.

- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to work

- Ability to navigate and work in ambiguous environment
