Job Description:

- You have at least 5 to 6 years of Program and Project Management experience from an industry-leading E-commerce business

- You have strong leadership skills and know how to drive multiple programs and projects simultaneously

- You- re an excellent communicator across all levels in an organization and easily bring external and internal stakeholders together

- You have a track record of achieving Program and Project goals on-time and on-cost

- You- re adept at using leading SaaS-based project management tools like Basecamp for efficient communication and collaboration

- You- re skilled at creating Program and Project Plans and visualizing them through SaaS-based Gantt apps or Basecamp plug-ins

- You- re always problem-solving and figuring out multiple options to resolve hurdles or challenges

- You- re strong at vendor management: managing the agreements process from start to sign-off

- You diligently and efficiently monitor the progress, challenges and projections of your programs and projects at healthy intervals

- You- re a champion at writing minutes of the meeting, assigning owners and deadlines to activities and identifying milestones

- You- ve set up war rooms in critical situations to ensure major progress in short spans of time

- You- re amazing at creating reports, executive summaries and presentations

- You know when to escalate certain activities that may not be on track

- You have impressive Excel and Keynote/Powerpoint skills
