Job Title - Program Manager

Business Function- Network Transformation & Innovation

Role Overview:

This role will be responsible for managing ongoing projects and scouting for new initiatives, research and assist in defining business cases and own the quality and accuracy of the requirements.

Job Description:

- Responsible for identifying, developing and governing new products / business processes to support the strategic direction of function and organization

- Develop an evaluation method to assess product/process strengths and identify areas for improvement as well as build business cases for each

- Own the quality and accuracy of the requirements, and communicate changes and decisions to key stakeholders

- Help develop communities of interest around the envisaged product.

- Aggregate input from stakeholders - both internal and external, to prioritize features and requirements according to business value, and support release and sprint planning meetings with internal and external tech

- Responsible for defining and managing ongoing projects and programs as well as for scouting new initiatives

- Ensure documentation is maintained as the project is changed or refined over time and communicates project status to end-users (internal).

- Identify key stakeholders, assemble and manage one or more cross-functional project teams, maintain budget and quality standards and manage deliverables.

- Research consumer requirements for developing the functionalities and features of the product.

- Develop the positioning of the product

Qualification and experience - Qualification: MBA or equivalent from a reputed college/ university

- Experience: 5 to 8 years

Must-have attributes/ Technical skills:

- Candidate will be required to have prior experience in product development and stakeholder management

- Able to quickly learn multiple business processes and systems and adapt them to the ONDC frameworks / develop new frameworks

- Strategic thinking, market research, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis.

- Effective communication skills - spoken and written. Should have a strong handle on MS Powerpoint

- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and Tech .
