Program Manager - Upto 30 LPA
1. Project Management : Lead and manage ongoing integration projects across HR verticals including organizational redesign (wherever necessary). It will involve defining project plans, solutioning, stakeholder management to delivering results in time bound manner.
2. Deploy a structured methodology for change management activities to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiatives regarding Integration Management. Assess change impact analyses and readiness across functions to create mitigation plans with key stakeholders.
3. Manage the end-to-end communication efforts for Integration Projects including design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
4. Conduct effective change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis across organization, including maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
5. Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end change management strategy
6. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- PG/MBA in HR (Tier 1/2) with 2 to 4 years of experience in StartUp/eCommerce /Retail either as Project Manager or consultants working in change management domain (or HR transformation).
- Sound knowledge and experience on business and systems transformation, HR process improvement, change management and Leadership engagement.
- Should be able to exhibit strong domain knowledge in at least two of the HR areas (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS/HR services, Organization Development, or Performance Management)
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of data patterns
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
