Program Manager - Design - Automotive OEM

- Well versed with Program Management in context of Design (aesthetics) projects in an automotive OEM.

- Project management experience dealing with time, cost, and resource planning in con-text of Design development and realization.

- Very good understanding of design development and functions involved - Creative De-sign, CMF, CAS, Studio engineering and Physical Modelling.

- Strong communication skills with people of all levels and expertise.

- Very good understanding of NPI processes in context of Design.

- Very good knowledge of MS Project to plan and track design program and tools like MS Excel, Power point to manage communication.

- An individual, who works with minimal supervision, demonstrating tenacity, drive, and perseverance with the ability to deliver programme in a highly demanding environment.

- A resilient and enthusiastic individual who responds constructively to new ideas and in-puts.
