About The Role :
- We're looking for a Demand Generation Program Manager who can develop and scale our unique positioning across the globe involving multiple segments and buyer personas.
- You'll play a key role in designing our global marketing strategy and thought leadership programs that can drive demand and accelerate revenues across different geos, industry verticals, and market segments.
Responsibilities :
- Understand ideal buyer personas, their goals and challenges, and define solutions that position our suite of products optimally within a focus segment.
- Develop a comprehensive cross-channel marketing strategy for each customer segment, geography and industry vertical.
- Translate the marketing strategy into funnel-focused marketing programs to acquire, engage and retain customers.
- Own PnL of the marketing programs - engagement, revenue, upsell.
- Analyse program data, drive insights, report to the right stakeholders and develop constant improvement strategies to achieve overall targets for the team.
- Constant evaluation of new channels, strategies and tactics to drive high quality subscribers and opportunities.
- Work closely to develop content, design, targeting and channel strategies while working with appropriate teams for execution.
- Giving actionable feedback to content & design for continuous improvements.
- Demonstrate superior technical expertise and organisational capabilities in project and campaign management, market research and commercial awareness.

- You'll be responsible to make sure all the channels fire optimally - brainstorm channel practices, equip channel owners with the right tools and constantly evaluate each channel metrics to drive better outcomes.

Who Should Apply?
- You have 3 - 6 years of full stack marketing experience with a focus on demand generation in the B2B technology space, preferably an enterprise software company.
- You have not just been an administrator of marketing technologies (Hubspot/Marketo/Pardo/Active Campaign etc) but also love working with them.
- You thrive in cross-functional environments which require collaboration.
- You have knack for over-communication and ability to bring together cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives.
- You have a strong grasp of funnel-focused marketing activities to create demand and retain customers.
- You have the ability to strategize & create content and messaging relevant to the target audience.
- You can strike a balance between developing the overall strategy and driving execution. You don- t shy away from executing things yourself and pick up the baton wherever necessary.
