Responsibilities :

- The role is responsible for overall management and implementation of complex and/or larger multifaceted projects, including projects where organisation collaborates with another organization to deliver services and/or projects that span across departmental boundaries. The role assists in planning, monitoring, and controlling multiple projects using proven methods and techniques. This role is a key participant in all client meetings and is especially involved in start-up and closure meetings. The role participates in overall project execution and may oversee the work of Delivery Heads/Delivery Managers working on various client engagements within the service area. The key responsibilities of this role include managing scope, risks, and budgets across multiple/large scale/complex projects. This role participates in short and long-term systems planning, is accountable for the delivery of multiple projects and manages a team of 100+ team members.

- Define vision, strategy and roadmap for products and solutions with the best-in-class platform capabilities and customer experience.

- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle management including product strategy development, customer/ needs, and requirements definition with high level tech design/ platform capabilities, delivery, and support.

- Recruiting and managing a high-performing team and enabling them to succeed

- Develops and champions a product strategy, and roadmap for one or more platform product areas in support of the organization needs and future vision.

- Managing the strategic roadmap and development plan that enables to deliver world class customer experience.

- Develops technical product specifications for the architecture of underlying platform components.

- Setting the vision for the sequence and delivery of meaningful launch milestones that benefit their customers and the business in a measurable way.

- Ensuring the understanding and communication of requirements throughout project

- Removal of impediments and ensuring that the right product capability is delivered.

- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management via several forums and dashboards.

Candidate requirements :

This role will best suit a strong technically focused individual who enjoys working as part of a team, is well organized, pragmatic and a lateral thinker with an inquisitive mind who is motivated to make change for the better and, most importantly, puts their customers first. The right incumbent needs to have demonstrated experience in:

- Engineering degree in computer science or equivalent discipline highly desired

- At least 20 years of relevant experience in which minimum 10- 15 years of experience should be as a technical, operation & service management or similar profile in technical delivery environments (Preferably from the insurance industry)

- Articulating a complex product strategy driven by customer and business value

- Experience and understanding of agile techniques to deliver best in class enterprise software & services.

- Proven track record managing requirements and strategy for platform and API components as well as user facing products.

- Strong in managing RPA & Data Analytics Projects

- Proven experience in AI & ML

- Experience in Data Models & used cases

- Experience in UiPath and any other RPA tools & reporting out on daily basis

- Articulating and understanding design choices surrounding software architectures in general

- Working effectively with and leading multi-disciplinary teams and understanding how to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

- Has relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo), is able to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business or the technology.

- Experience of communicating effectively at CXO level.

- Ability to negotiate based on calculated decisions and alternative / interim solutions for customer requirements.

- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and ability to work in a fast -paced environment.

- The ability to influence without authority.

- Excellent verbal and written communication - you must be able to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.

- Act on requests from internal and external parties

- Troubleshoot issues and determine root cause

- AWS exposure is good to have

- Should be good in analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes
