Job Description - Construct, plan and deliver programs around DWH & data lake on enterprise data platforms being hosted on AWS

Description

- Construct, plan and deliver programs on enterprise data platforms

- Drive end-to-end processes from requirement gathering & understanding, translating complex requirements to technical inputs, analysing solutions and architecture frameworks and delivering the output in a timely manner

- Work on AWS cloud technologies, in agile methodologies and deliver programs effectively

- Understand, discuss, question architecture and solutions critically and connect dots to realise strategic impact

- Manage stakeholders, vendors and teams with focus on quality delivery, timelines and cost optimisation

- Work in a fast pace environment, take up accountability and manage risks

Profile

- 15+ years of experience in program and project management with experience in capital markets or broking industry

- Experience in delivering data lake and data warehouse programs/ projects on cloud following agile methodologies

- Strong hands-on background in data engineering, modelling, designing and developing and cloud technologies (AWS preferred)

- Expertise across functions of devops, infra, QA and BI, etc. to adapt to different technologies

- Ability to drive end-to-end processes by understanding business requirements and effectively delivering solutions

- Experience in managing vendors from identification, negotiation and collaboration and managing large teams
