As the Program Manager for Customer Success , you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of RECON360 among our key accounts. This high-energy role requires engagement with CXO-level stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, exploration of product development opportunities, and the creation of scalable customer success strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the adoption of RECON360 in key accounts, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the product to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable customer success processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams to align customer feedback with product development.
- Provide strategic insights to the leadership team to inform business decisions.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in customer success, project management, or a related role in the fintech, SaaS, or supply chain finance domain.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior executives.
- Strong project management abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer adoption and experience.
- Passion for technology and understanding of the supply chain finance ecosystem.
