Program Manager - Customer Lifecycle & Campaign Management
- The Client Engagement unit is strategically placed within the Retail Bank's Structure to mine the Customer Base emanating out of Multiple & Disparate businesses of the Bank.
- The Incumbent will be a Key project member involved in implementation of an enterprise level Campaign Management tool that the organization is in the process of implementing.
The Campaigns Program Manager will manage the Retail Bank's Clients :
- Liability Base, CASA Clients & Asset Customers, PL/Credit Card/Business Banking/LAP clients, during their Lifecycle to drive KPI's on Client Engagement - Activations, Cross Sell - Fee ( Proprietary & 3rd party Income), Asset & Liability Cross Sell
- The Incumbent will liaison closely with all key stakeholders in the Bank - Business Teams, IT & Operations, Legal & Compliance, Marketing & Product Groups to run multiple Campaigns on the Client Base of the Bank to drive the Bank's Client Engagement & Cross Sell agenda among disparate Business groups.
Responsibilities :
- Manages Portfolio Campaigns on the Bank's Customer Base to deliver numbers on activation, Product Switch Programs, Cross sell - Wealth, Assets & Third Part Products and Balance build up programs within specified budgets
- Coordinate with Business owners for Campaign requirements & designs the Campaign Strategy - Customer Base Identification ( Scoring /Non Scoring Led), Campaign Execution & fulfillment mechanisms thereof
- Schedules, prioritizes & Manages the entire Campaign Life cycle from the Business side
- Liaison with all Stakeholders - Segment & Product teams, Finance, Marketing, IT, Operations, Solutions Delivery teams to Manage wing to wing campaign Planning & execution.
- Campaign analysis on Cost to Income ratios, Test & Control Methodology to understand Campaign effectiveness & Modifies campaign construct to increase Impact
Skills & Qualifications :
- Prior exposure between 5- 8 years into customer lifecycle management or Product management in Financial companies Ideally Credit Card, Retail & Business Banking
- Candidates with Prior Exposure of Implementing Unica Campaign management tools & have also worked on them from a Business side in a Banking environment a huge Plus
- MBA, Engineering / Economics / Maths / Statistics degree desirable
- Marketing, MR, Quantitative skills required
- Ability to Work/Negotiate with Senior Business leaders.

- Excel / Power Point / Database
