- Assure timely and accurate reporting of KPIs, or key performance indicators.

- Create and implement quality standards to find new clients.

- Keep an eye on and enhance sourcing procedures to guarantee superior client acquisition.

- Examine consumer comments to find areas that need improvement.

- Put strategies into action to raise NPS rankings and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Master in Business Administrations (MBA)

- Proven experience in corporate solutions, customer acquisition, and lifecycle management.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in using data analytics tools, and MS Office suite.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
