Program Manager - Corporate Acceleration/Innovation - Startup

Position : Program Manager

Role :

Represent Kyron in working with multinational corporate clients and several startups. The person will be responsible for managing Corporate Acceleration/Innovation (structured) programs where a bunch of curated startups are brought together to address a Corporate's (digital) transformation requirements.

Required :

- Strong project management background. Experience in all aspects of Program Management - dealing with multiple stakeholders, formulating project plans & managing them, managing & highlighting risks, issues and associated reporting.

- Successful track record in project execution & delivery in a global setting.

- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills.

- Very good interpersonal skills to effectively deal with senior executives in large (international) corporations on one end and a set of Founders (entrepreneurs) of technology startups.

- Ability to bond with young entrepreneurs; exposure to digital/social media.

Nice to have (preferred) :

- Background in at least one of these verticals - Retail, Fin Services, Education, Media and (digital) transformation trends.

- Good understanding of startup ecosystem.
