Responsibilities:
- The candidate will work with City Heads to drive city-specific experiments, track NPS and other CX impacting KPIs on a regular basis.
- The candidate will be responsible for all cities in a region and work closely with the city teams.
- The candidate will be owning NPS improvement of the region and work in tandem with City teams to create a deep-rooted sustainable customer-centric culture.
- The candidate will problem solve CX impacting issues, monitor improvement and measure the impact of experiments
- The candidate will program manage all city experiments in the region, will have customer-centric POV and align city initiatives to enhance City and region NPS
Preferred Candidate:
- Graduate/PostGraduate with 3-6 years of experience in consumer experience, consulting, strategy or program management.
- Experience in advanced analytics is preferable
- Effective Analytical and Communication skills
- Attitude & Aptitude for processes and systems
- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life
- Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach
- Initiative - Demonstrates strong ownership to bring about change and help drive the business forward
