Role : Program Manager

Program Manager will define new initiatives, execute these projects, and track performance metrics. These projects will span across Strategy, Growth, Product, Sales & Marketing. Responsibilities :

- Deep dive, analysis and breakdown of key day-to-day business problems and responsible for laying out solutioning (tagging own and other functions). Program managing thus created or assigned projects.

- Daily Program scheduling and planning, monitoring and reporting against planned actionables.

- Periodic tracking of milestones, deliverables(own and other functions).

- Managing/tracking of changes and issues. Course correcting wherever required at priority.

- Coordinating across various internal functions like Business Development, Marketing, Supply and Operations, apart from its own function.

Requirements :

- B-Tech from Tier 1 College - IIT/NITs OR MBA from Tier 1 institutes

- 1-3 years of work experience

- Research-oriented and data-driven.

- Managed multiple stakeholders - Marketing, Sales, Business, Product

- Worked in data analytics and operations activities

- SQL Proficiency is good to have

- Good written and verbal communication skills
