We are seeking a highly driven Program Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network, onboarding financial institutions, and developing customized solutions for our target segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic partnerships role, leading cross-functional collaboration efforts, and driving organizational, business, and people change management initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the onboarding of new partners for our digital lending business. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Driving the successful integration of new-age fintech partners from the perspective of product, tech, risk, and credit.

- Ideating and enabling optimized processes for different products like UBL, LOC, STPL, etc., and creating roadmaps, project plans, and timelines for integrating partners with Arthmate's integral cloud within TAT.

- Serving as the Subject Matter Expert for product configurations and product setups for partners across the suite of products and services.

- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, requirements, and managing delivery end to end.

- Being the key point of contact between the client's product/business team, cross-functional stakeholders, and company leadership with a responsibility to drive collaboration between all parties involved in order to prioritize, schedule, and deliver on time.

- Leading, managing, resolving, or escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.

- Conducting weekly project reviews with clients and periodic stakeholder communication to ensure timely and successful delivery of the product.

Experience Required:

- MBA/Engineering degree from a Tier I college or university.

- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Program Manager with a fintech or banking background (preferred).

- Prior experience with integration, onboarding, change management, and API-based solutions.

- Strong written and spoken communication skills are a must.

- Experience in internal and external stakeholder management.

- Experience with interacting with business, product, and tech teams.

- Knowledge of understanding business processes and articulating them into fungible milestones; breaking down BRD into PRDs and driving their execution with multiple teams.

- Fintech lending, PPIs, and any experience in payments will be a plus.
