Program Manager - C&O FS Advisory

BNC is hiring for the position of Program Manager-C&O FS Advisory for Gurgaon location

A. Project Management Office:

1. Define deliverables, governance structure and work plan for the project, and manage delivery.

2. Facilitate coordination with identified external partners/vendors and resolve issues.

3. Drive high performance through the development, implementation and tracking of appropriate KPIs and measurements across distinct functions in the team.

4. Support the marketing team with communication framework across India and global stakeholders.

5. Facilitate in defining Job Descriptions for recruitment.

6. Support in onboarding and induction activities of core support team.

7. Liaise with the Global Team for Program management activities.

8. Support other team functions to remove roadblocks and solve problems by jointly setting directions for future growth along with other team leaders.

9. Provide oversight to ensure alignment of reporting and connectivity across the team.

B. Business Management:

1. Represent and be the voice of the Chairman's Office in departmental meetings.

2. Support creation of meeting material and presentations for Chairman's office

3. Create pitch books, presentations, and packs to support the office.

C. Transformation:

1. Support management in creating future ready organization by identifying and implementing key initiatives covering digital transformation, process re-engineering, policies, target operating model and third-party solution implementation.

2. Strategically manage and improve the activities and operations across the team, to bring focus onto key priorities and drive overall efficiency.

3. Lead cross functional initiatives to deliver operational excellence.

4. Work closely with senior management to implement change management processes and track critical KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. MBA with 7 to 11 years of relevant experience

2. Consulting background or global bank exposure

3. Should have expertise in insight led sales

4. Creating or assisting with pitchbooks

5. Experience having worked in Large Scale Enterprise-wide transformation projects and C-Suite executives is a must.

6. Experience in BFSI Sector/ Global Delivery Centers/Shared Services model will be a plus.

7. Experience in Project Management Tools such as MS Project, Adobe Workfront, Trello etc. will be a plus
