JD:


- The role entails overseeing the client engagement activities aspect for customer in GB branches including distribution operations & service.


- The role inter alia comprises of working closely with different teams in identifying, understanding and meeting specific needs in improvement of overall client experience & engagement with the organization and the products and services provided.


- He will work closely with branches in identifying, understanding, and meeting their specific needs and pain points. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improved client retention and satisfaction while growing new business opportunities with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and Implement client engagement strategies aligned with the Bank's objective & Client needs.

- Design program to Seeks opportunities to upsell products and services to existing accounts.

- Leads and design customer engagement tool for customer retention.

- Ensures compliance with company policies and follows ethical standards.

- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

- Share knowledge with other branches and head office on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.

- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.

- Provide regular reports & Updates to senior management on client engagement activities, performance metrices and strategic initiatives.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:


UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Relevant Job Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Team Handling experience.

- Excellent communication and listening skills.

- Good Interpersonal Skills

- Confidence and Presentation skills

- Ability to analyse and research information
