Program Manager - Client Engagement - Bank

Location: Varanasi

Job Description:

- Develop and Implement client engagement strategies aligned with the Bank's objective & Client needs.

- Design a program to seek opportunities to upsell products and services to existing accounts.

- Leads and designs customer engagement tools for customer retention.

- Ensures compliance with company policies and follows ethical standards.

- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

- Share knowledge with other branches and head offices on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.

- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.

- Provide regular reports & Updates to senior management on client engagement activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
