Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join the CEO's office team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Program Management, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. This role requires close collaboration with the Leadership team to align projects with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to understand strategic priorities and ensure projects align with these objectives. Provide regular updates to the CEO on project status and outcomes.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and executive management. Analyze project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: No specific limitation, but a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from a Tier 1 institute (e.g., NMIMS, Christ, Xaviers, Symbiosis, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project/program management within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Career Aspiration: Demonstrated interest in learning the industry and building a career in general management, business management, and growth projects.
- Project manager mindset with a high bias for action, initiative, and ownership.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
