About Client :

- Our client is an online retailer which sells variety of goods to customers in India through the online marketplace it offers over 6 lakh products across multiple categories like Books, Media, Apparel, Shoes, Furniture, Appliances, Consumables etc. and has buying relationships with brands across the world.

This role gives an opportunity to understand the Talent Acquisition function, especially Campus Program, end to end. You will be involved in all aspects of the lifecycle, including running campus hiring and engagement events, driving a diverse candidate pool, evangelizing the company's brand and driving our diversity priority. This role also has opportunities to design and manage projects & programs across employer branding and automation. This role also entails at least 1 project in non-Talent acquisition space at an overall HR function. Opportunities for rotation into talent management roles will be available in 18-24 months depending on performance and availability of positions.

Job Purpose:

We, talent acquisition team are seeking a talented, result-oriented individual with experience in Campus hiring of Tier 1 institutes, recruiting related assignments and program management (such as Employer Branding) to join our talent acquisition team. You will be on the front-line representing our brand in Tier 1 B-schools for campus hiring and ensuring that we attract the best and brightest students. This will also include working with campus leaders and campus POCs to help build brand awareness and excitement on campus. You must be a team player and demonstrate the ability to build strong trust-based partnerships with colleges, professors, students, and our business leaders. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities and changing landscapes. You should not only able to develop high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Lastly, you should be able to clearly communicate at all levels in the organization, including senior management.

To be successful in this role you will need to have superior stakeholder management skills, demonstrate ownership, analytical ability, and an eye for detail. Maturity, think big, high judgment, negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders are essential to success in this role. This role provides opportunities to design and deliver on ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing climate

Roles and Responsibilities

- Partner with Business Leaders, HR Partners, Compensation and Benefits and the Recruiting managers to create and drive an annual strategy to engage and attract top talent from B-Schools.

- Manage and develop relationships with campus career development office and/or professors to assist in overall insight and activities at each campus

- Design and drive innovative ways to cultivate and attract the best and brightest diverse candidates across top B-Schools and increase our competitive advantage

- Co-design and co-ordinate all engagements at pre-finalized campuses ensuring a high bar, and timeliness while partnering with recruitment team and business leaders

- Design, and deliver on flagship engagement programs like summer and autumn internship, FORTE, leadership talks, Campus Ambassadors and many more.

- Partner with HR functions to provide a smooth, and frustration-free internship and onboarding experience to interns and campus hires. Hand hold your offered candidates until their on-boarding to ensure they have stellar pre-on-boarding experience, while having regular connects to keep them warm.

- Employer Branding: Develop communications and marketing content to drive candidate attraction and engagement, through the usage of social media, online marketing, other print and digital channels

- Create innovative strategies to help improve brand awareness and engagement for recruitment and retention purposes

- Ensure that internal/external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned and disseminated effectively via employer branding campaigns, according to company's strategy

- Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables.

- Operational Excellence: Lead the execution of programs with rigor and precision. Develop new methods and tools to evaluate, measure success of and drive repeatable realization of program goals.

- Work as an independent recruiter for end-to-end closure of niche and senior roles.

Job Specifications:

Education

- Fulltime MBA in HR or allied field of studies is required

- Premier B-School degree is preferred

Experience Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in HR

- 2+ years of program management/project management

- Experience in partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting.

- End to end project launch and implementation

- Experience in automation and deep understanding of HR and Talent acquisition processes

- Preferred: Experience in managing campus branding and hiring

Skills

- As-is process analysis techniques

- Deep understanding of market research where we can find the best, diverse practices for new programs

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Analytics tool is preferred

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document writing and report preparation.

- Willingness and ability to scale between tactical process management and strategic partnership with leaders
