Role Details:
- This role will have responsibilities for managing the BDM channel of the Bank for maximizing revenue and optimizing cost.
- These will include tracking product sales, activation and lead focused campaigns. It requires managing, monitoring & mentoring the Sales team responsible for sourcing Current & Savings accounts and varied Fee Products.
- It will require scaling up the retail branch banking franchise to achieve CASA NTB liability Nos & Value targets assigned Pan India.
Overall Job Description:
- Business Strategy & Execution - Ability to construct a business roadmap for channel, get buy-in from a larger team on the same and direct a team/s towards the common business goals in a structured fashion
- Data oriented approach - a keen eye for numbers and the ability to derive insights and decisions-based numbers. Ability to handle ambiguous situations where limited information is available. Solid grasp on statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis is an added advantage.
- Stakeholder management - ability to work effectively across both internal and external industry leaders; negotiate complex topics and resolve conflicts and lead various channels for delivery and experience.
- Long term vision - Ability to construct a vision basis long term customer and business needs and strong oral/written communication skills to articulate the same in a compelling manner.
- Working knowledge of SQL, databases (MS Access ) along with MS office for day-day analysis and tracking.
