In line with their growth plans, they are looking to recruit experienced professionals with excellent track records to consolidate their leadership in the Program Management space.

Job Description - Your chief responsibilities would include:

- Project Management and deliverables tracking and monitoring

- Prepare and Own project plan and track the tasks as per the timelines defined

- Work with different stake holders and groups at different levels for optimal utilization of resources and smooth execution of project

- Communicate project impact or project risks to clients and ensure timely internal escalation for Client issues

- Domain knowledge management

- Manage day to day Key indicators and other hygiene metrics like absenteeism, occupancy and resource utilization

- Assigning, plan, delegate work and track project status

The Successful Candidate - You will be an Engineer/MBA from a reputed institution with at least 8 years of experience in the Capital markets domain in the IT space. You must have strong experience in handling BPM projects in particular. you should have handled at least 3 IT projects End to end in the BFSI domain. You MUST be either PMP or Prince 2 certified. You must be an excellent communicator and must be able to plan and deliver results in a high pressure environment. You must be prepared to work in rotational shifts on a need basis.
