About our Client - Our client is a leading UK based MNC in the Insurance broking and Reinsurance space. They have an aggressively expanding IT setup in India for which they want to consolidate the leadership team. They are looking to add best industry professionals as Program Managers in Application support from BFSI domain.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head-IT and leading a team of over 60 associates, your chief responsibilities would include:

- Program Management handling multiple projects of varying complexity in Application Support

- Supporting a host of applications across various business units and technologies

- Interacting regularly with Global Business Unit heads to maximize the business impact of IT

- Designing engagement models with Offshore transitions

- Understanding project costing including cost benefit analysis

- Project based travel to global business locations

The Successful Candidate - You will be a B.E/B.Tech from a Tier-1 Engineering institute. You will have at least 12 years of IT experience with top IT companies which MUST include handling large complex programs supporting over 100 applications at least. Experience handling transitions would be necessary. You must be an excellent communicator with experience in working with top stakeholders from global companies in a multi-cultural environment. You MUST be ITIL certified (NOT Foundation alone) and must have experience working in a SLA based Maintenance and Support environment.
