Job Purpose- The Program Manager will be responsible for managing projects across Bank. The role holder will be tasked with managing projects to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. The role holder will also facilitate projects and identify and remove bottlenecks and facilitate resolution. Roles & Responsibilities- As a Programme Manager - Assist across Project Life Cycle Management from initiation through to closure - Assist in development of milestones / project plans - Facilitate smooth and timely implementation of tasks across functions - Identify / escalate bottlenecks and issues in a timely manner facilitate resolution - Provide Project / Programme status - Guide Project Team members Project Management Framework / usage of Enterprise Project Management Tool As a Business Manager - Undertake research / analytics as required - industry / player- level analysis (overall / specific dimension) - and assess applicability for Company - Support Company's / Business Units planning and budgeting process - Analyse variances (quantum, root cause), recommend course of action - Provide Company-wide / Business Unit updates and develop presentations for variety of stakeholders Functional Area: The desired candidate must have - Strong analytical skills overall and financial (revenue and cost drivers) - Strong written and verbal communication skills. demonstrate an understanding of context and key levers. Ability to engage stakeholders in discussion overall, function-specific - Influencing skills Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve execution outcomes.
