Program Manager - B2C - Cafe/Restaurant

Your Role :

- Drive the launch of 200 plus companies cafe across multiple cities in India: Have close collaboration with business along with Projects and procurement leads.

- Ensuring on time and ready to operate Company's cafes for the Ops. Leadership to take over and commence production and sales.

Additionally :

- Drive High performance & customer-focused culture: work with leadership to curate, set process and scale the Companies Cafe arm of the business.

- Build process logic, process notes, field operating playbook, and SOPs.

- Run Sprints on specific efficiency and process-related projects while coordinating with multiple teams.

Being obsessed by metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly, to drive improvements. Lead KPIs related to speed, reliability, customer experience, and cost as per business alignment.

Your Role :-

- Coordination with City Team : To get the rigor on the ground need to connect with the City team every day and govern.

- Be Structured and agile : Development and implementation of SOPs with a customer-first approach. Build a culture of continuous improvement through lean practices, Gemba Kaizen and other productivity improvement tools.

- Lead Innovations with speed : Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality. Run experiments that will challenge our assumptions and make the Company better. You will have the tools to do things that have never been done before and also the freedom to fail fast.

- Build Versatile and transparent culture : Hire talent with complementary skills, over-communicate with ground teams and be always approachable. Work cross functionally with peers who will empower you to do your best work

- Manage Metrics : Driving program across India to improve metrics by filling supply, training for quality and actionable, improving support challenges, etc.
