Role Overview:

As a Program Manager for B2B Operations at Battery Smart, you will play a pivotal role in optimising and streamlining our processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the continued growth of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, a solid background in on-ground and central operational roles, and a proven track record of resolving complex operational challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 7 Years of B2B Operations Experience: To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of direct and hands-on experience in B2B operations. This prerequisite ensures that applicants possess a deep understanding of the intricacies of B2B processes and are equipped to navigate the challenges associated with managing complex operational workflows.

On-Ground and Central Roles Expertise: A proven track record in both on-ground and central operational roles is essential. This criterion ensures that candidates have a comprehensive understanding of the entire operational spectrum, from field-level execution to strategic oversight.

Data Analysis Proficiency: Strong proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel and SQL is a prerequisite. Candidates should be capable of extracting meaningful insights from data to inform decision-making and optimise operational processes.

SOP Design Experience: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a must. This expertise ensures that the candidate can contribute to the creation of efficient, standardised processes that enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.

Logistics Experience (Preferred): While not mandatory, additional experience in logistics will be considered a significant advantage. This includes expertise in optimising supply chain processes, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Team Lead Experience (Must): Candidates must have prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role within the operations domain. This criterion ensures that the applicant has demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.

Knowledge of Operations Tools (Must): Proficiency in utilising operations tools is a non-negotiable requirement. The candidate should have hands-on experience with tools relevant to B2B operations, showcasing their ability to leverage technology for enhanced efficiency.
